Bishop Jarron C. O’Neal serves as Senior Pastor of The Fountain Church International, a thriving multi-campus ministry dedicated to transforming lives through the power of God’s Word. Having served in ministry since childhood, he has spent more than two decades helping individuals and families grow in their faith while leading the church through seasons of growth, outreach, and global expansion. Known for his dynamic teaching style and ability to make Scripture both practical and life-changing, Bishop O’Neal is passionate about helping people encounter God, discover their purpose, and develop a deeper relationship with Christ.

Alongside his wife, Lady Crystal O’Neal, and their four children, he continues to lead The Fountain Church International in its mission to reach communities locally and around the world. Under his leadership, the ministry has expanded into Arizona and Kenya, launched international outreach initiatives, and extended its reach through television and digital media.

Bishop O’Neal is the author of Teach Us to Pray and host of the internationally broadcast television program Hearts on Fire, which inspires viewers across multiple continents through powerful biblical teaching and spiritual encouragement.
